Lucas Medical, Inc. (LMI), a California based medical device manufacturing organization, was established to develop, manufacture and market superior alternatives to existing vascular products. The Company was incorporated in the State of California in September 1994. LMI utilizes its patented process for the formation of silicone balloons on to catheters. The technology is documented in two patents, which have recently been approved by the United States Patent Office.
